1.Notification  for  selection  of Research  officer,  Research Assistant and  Field/Lab Assistant on outsourcing/contract  basis to  work  in  A.P.  Urban  Greening  and Beautification Corporation Limited on contract / outsourcingbasis.
a)Government  of  Andhra  Pradesh  have  constituted  A.P.  Urban  Greening  and Beautification Corporation Ltd (APUG&BCL) vide G.O.Ms.No.25, MA&UD (M2) Dept.  dt.11.02.2015  for  protection,  planning  and  up-
gradation  of  all  urban vacant lands,  municipal  lands,  parks,  green  zones,  water  bodies  and  urban river fronts  to manage  them  effectively  by  establishing  parks,  urban  forestry,
river  front  landscapes  and  herbal  plantations  etc.,  in  all  the  Urban  Local Bodies (ULBs) of the state.
b)APUG&BCL is assisting various Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) of Andhra Pradesh in projects    conceptualization    till    project    implementation    with    the    main
objectives  include,  protecting  &  enhancing  the  greenery  and  aesthetics  to mitigate   the   climate   change   in   the   urban   areas   of   the   state   through plantations.
c)As  mandated  by  the  Government,  the  APUG&BCL  being  an  advisory  body  is facilitating  beautification  and  landscape  development  works  in  the  Urban
Local Bodies of the state of A.P., by providing technical guidance and support for execution of the greenery development projects.
d)It  is  proposed  to  develop  Research  Centre  for  conducting  experimental  trails &  research  on  ornamental  plants,  tree  species  so  as  to  use  the  research
results in the development of landscape gardens etc., to increase green cover in the State of A.P.
e)APUG&BCL   require Research   officer,   Research   Assistant   and   Field/Lab Assistant   for   the
proposed   Research   Center on ornamental   plants by APUG&BCL  in  the  state  of  Andhra  Pradesh  to  work  on outsourcing/contract basis for a period of two (2)years initially.

Note:
In general, the candidates should be proficient in corres pondence in English language, preparation of various reports and should have good working knowledge in computers.

B.RESERVATION
A  candidate  will  be  eligible  to  get  the  benefit  of  community  reservation  only  in  case  the  particular  caste  to  which  the candidates belong is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the
Government of India.

Candidates  seeking  age  relaxation must  submit  requisite Caste/  Tribe certificate in  the  prescribed  format (available  at http://www.oil-india.com/oilnew/Current-openings)
at  thetime  of  Document  Verification. Otherwise,  their claim  for  reserved status (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) will not be entertained.

If  the  SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD  certificate  has  been  issued  in  a  language  other  than  English/Hindi,
the  candidates  will  be required to submit a self-certified translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi.

The OBC candidates who belong to “Creamy Layer” are not entitled for concession admissible to OBC-NCL candidates.

Persons with 40% or more disability only would be eligible for the benefit of reservation to PWD category against identified posts only.

Age  relaxation  of  10  years  is allowed  (total  15  years  for  SC/ST  and  13  years  for  OBC-NCL) to PWD  candidates for appointment to Group ‘A’ posts/services. The persons claiming age relaxation under PWD category would be required to produce a certificate in prescribed formats (available at http://www.oil-india.com/oilnew/Current-openings)
in support of their claims  clearly  indicating  that  the  degree  of  physical  disability  is  40%  or  more.  In  any  case,  the  appointment  of  these candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in accordance with the standards of medical fitness as prescribed by the Government for each individual Group ‘A’ posts to be filled for  PWD  candidates through Direct  Recruitment  by Selection.

Age relaxation is allowed for candidates who have ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 as per Government guidelines.

The selection of the candidates will be conducted in three phases:
Phase I-Written Test,
Phase II-GD &Viva Voce
Phase III-Pre Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
The candidates who qualify in Phase I i.e. Written Test will only qualify for the next round of selection tests i.e. GD and Viva Voce.

E.REMUNERATION PACKAGE AND OTHER BENEFITS
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.32900-58000 (starting Basic Pay of Rs.32900) in Grade C. The selected candidate will have to serve a probationary period of one year and will be confirmed after successful completion of the same.
Approximate  total  emoluments  in Grade  C will  be  around  Rs.94000  pm approximately.  In  addition  to  the  Basic  Pay  & Dearness   Allowance   (DA) ,   other   benefits   include House   Rent   Allowance   (
HRA) or   Company   leased/self-leased accommodation, Leave encashment, free medical benefits for self & dependents, Gratuity/PF, House Building Loan, Vehicle Loan, Group Insurance, etc.
as per rules of the company.

F.PHYSICAL FITNESS
Appointment to the above posts will be subject to the candidates being medically fit as per the standards prescribed for the posts  by  the  OIL  Medical  Board.  The  provisionally  selected  candidates  will  have  to  undergo  Pre  Employment  Medical Examination  (PEME)  conducted  by  the  OIL  Medical  Board  and  will  be  finally  selected  to  join  OIL  only  after  he/she  is
declared medically fit by OIL Medical Board. The decision of the OIL Medical Board will be final and binding.
G.POSTING
The posting  of  the  selected  candidates  can  be  in  any  of  the  operational  areas/offices  of  OIL  as  per  requirements  of  the company. The services are also transferable as p
er requirement of the company.

H.GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

Percentage  of  marks  would  be  the  aggregate  of  all  semesters  irrespective  of  the  norms  /  system  being  followed  in  the Institute/University.  Wherever  CGPA/OGPA/DGPA  or  Letter  Grade  in  a  degree/  diploma  is  awarded,  its  equivalent percentage  of  marks  must  be  indicated  in  the  application  form  as  per  norms  adopted  by  the  Institute.  Rounding  ff  of percentage would not be allowed.

OIL  reserves  the  right  to  cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter  the  recruitment  process,  if  need  so  arises  without  issuing  any further notice or assigning any reason whatsoever.

Recruitment to the post of Officers in Grade ‘A’ (P & SS)

II.Eligibility Criteria (as on 01 June 2017)
A) Age (as on 01June 2017):
Between 25 and 40 Years (no relaxation for any category).
The candidates born not earlier than 02.06.1977 and not later than 01.06.1992 are eligible to apply.
B)Experience (as on 01June 2017):
He/She should be an Officer with a minimum of five years' of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers should have
rendered  at  least  five  years  continuous  Military  Service  and  have  been  released  on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed
within  one  year)  otherwise  than  by  way  of  dismissal  or  discharge  on  account  of misconduct or inefficiency or on account of physical disability or have been released on  account  of  physical  disability  attributable  to  Military  Service  or  on  invalidment. Emergency  Commissioned  Officers/Short  Service  Commissioned Officers  who  have completed their initial period of assignment of fi
ve years of Military Service but whose assignment has been extended beyond five years and in whose case the Ministry of Defence  issues  certificates  that  they  would  be  released  on  selection  within  three months  from  the  date  of  receipt  of  offer  of  appointment,  may  submit  a  copy  of  this certificate along with the printed copy of online application for the post.

C)Job Requirements:
He / She will be responsible for (i) Watch and Ward arrangements as to   internal   security,   passages,   entry   and   exit   points, surveillance   through   CCTV,
monitoring,  recording  etc.  in  the  Bank's  Office  Buildings,  (ii)  Protocol  duties,  (iii) Maintenance/Security of Bank's properties and (iv)Control over the staff deployed for the purpose.

III.SCHEME OF SELECTION:
Selection will be through Interviewof shortlisted of candidates.

V. EMOLUMENTS AND SERVICE CONDITIONS
a.Pay Scale:  Assistant Manager (P&SS) in Grade ‘A’:They will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28,150/-p.m. in the scale of Rs.28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) –46600-EB-1750 (4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special
Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 55,587/-.
b. Perquisites:
Bank's accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility.  Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalization as per eligibility.  Interest free festival advance, Leave Fare Concession (once in two years for self, spouse and eligible dependents) Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interes t for Housing, Car, Education, Consumer articles, Personal computer etc.
c.    Candidates selected for the posts will be governed by the defined contribution to New Pension Scheme (NPS)' in addition to the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
d. At certain centers, limited number of residential quarters are available.  Facility for securing residential accommodation on lease, however, exists at all centers.
e.Initial appointment of a selected applicant will be on probation for a period of 02 years, which may, at the Bank’s discretion, be extended for a further maximum period of 01 year.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE REGISTRATION
Before applying online, candidates should-i.Scan  their  photograph  and  signature  ensuring  that  both  the  photograph  and  signature adhere to the required specifications as given under Guideline for photograph & signature scan and upload.
ii.Have  a  valid  personal  email  ID  and  mobile  no.,  which  should  be  kept  active  till  the completion of this Recruitment Process. Bank may send call letters for the Examination

2.To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name,  Contact  details  and  Email-id.  A  Provisional  Registration  Number  and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
3.In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Prior to
submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.
4.Candidates  are  advised  to  carefully  fill  and  verify  the  details  filled  in  the  online application  themselves  as  no  change  will  be  possible  after  clicking  the  FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.

Applications are  invited  for  recruitment  of  following  temporary  but  likely  to  continue Group ‘C’ posts of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade). The eligibility criteria and other details are mentioned below.

Pay band/ Scale of Pay Level -2 in the pay matrix (as per 7th Central Pay Commission)
Classification General Central Service, Group-C(Non-Gazetted), Ministerial
Period of Probation, Two years
Essential Qualifications;-
(i)Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
(ii)   Possess driving license for Heavy Vehicles.
(iii)  Three years experience of driving heavy vehicle.
(iv)  Knowledge of motor mechanism and
(v)  Ability to read and write Hindi or English language and numbers.

Age Limit:-18 to 27 years (Relaxation admissible   for   5   years   for   SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).
(Relaxable  for  the  Government  servants  upto  40  years  in  case  of  General  Candidates  and  upto  45  years  in  case  of  candidate  belonging  to  Scheduled  Cast   or   Scheduled   Tribe   in   accordance   with 
instructions   or   orders   issued   by   the   Central Government from time to time.)

The crucial date for determining the age limit shall  be  the  closing  date  for  receipt  of  application  from   candidates   in   India   (and   not   for   those   in Assam,  Meghalaya,  Manipur,  Nagaland,  Arunachal

Mere fulfilling the minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will not  bestow  any  right  with  a  candidate  for  being  called  for  the  skill  test  /  trade  test  (A  Screening Committee will scrutinize all the applications received for the posts and only candidates found  eligible  will  be  called  for  skill test /  trade  test.  The  decision  of  the  Screening Committee  will  be  final  and  no  correspondence  on  the  decision  of  the

Duties and responsibilities of Staff Car Driver (OG) in brief are as under:-
He  is  required  to  drive  all  kinds  of  the  vehicles  viz-Heavy/  Medium  /  light,  available  in  the  Board.    He  is  required  to  shift  the  rigs  /  heavy  machinery  /  camp 
equipment  when  posted  in  the  division  /  rig-unit  and  to  maintain  the  vehicle.  He  is  responsible for maintaining the log-book of the vehicle in his charge.  He is responsible
for  getting  the  monthly  abstract  of  mileage  done,  POL  drawn/  used,  prepared  and  signed  by  the  officer-in-charge.    He  will  ensure  timely  servicing  of  the  vehic
le.    While  driving he will ensure safety of the vehicle, material & person (s).  He will be responsible for  lodging  a  FIR  with  the  nearest  police  Station  in  the  event  of  any  accident/  theft, 
enroute and also inform the H.O.O/ Officer-in-Charge.  He will ensure keeping papers of the vehicle (registration book etc.) intact and updated.
The Regional Director, CGWB  reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any stage without assigning any reason.
